I thought you picture for the contest of Levi was so good. It is all so soft looking and the baby is so sweet. I wish you luck in winning. You know you are a winner anyway when you give people a good feeling with you art and they enjoy it. Keep up the good work. Susan McNeil

About John Brisson

John Brisson

After studying photography and art in high school and college I drifted away from both until about 16 years ago. I live and work in the small community of Big Bear Lake, California. The beauty that surrounds me brought me back to photography and that, in turn, brought me back to art. My small studio is the entire lower level of our home and is a true sanctuary. Acrylic has been the medium that I always seem to fall back on, but I have truly learned to love block printing. Wood and linocut prints are such an adventure, never quite knowing what the results will be. Watercolor has always been a challenge but I'm slowly growing more comfortable with the medium.
